1. TERMINOLOGY

1.1. “User” – individuals using aimtrans.bg

1.2. “Terms and Conditions” – the rules that the User of aimtrans.bg accepts when using the website.

1.3. The website and the information offered on it operate under the conditions described below.

The use of aimtrans.bg implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with all listed terms and rules.

If the User does not agree with some of the rules for using aimtrans.bg, they have the right to refrain from using the online store.

Otherwise, unconditional agreement with all terms is automatically assumed (the User tacitly accepts the terms described on this page).

2. GENERAL TERMS

2.1 The terms and rules on this page apply to the use of the services of the online platform and online store aimtrans.bg

2.2. The platform aimtrans.bg is owned by AIM TRANS LTD and the content of all pages is protected under the “Copyright and Related Rights Act” (CRRA).

2.2. All materials (including but not limited to photos and articles) are protected and can only be used with the explicit written consent of aimtrans.bg from the official email of the platform – [email protected].

2.3. The use of the platform’s name is only allowed with the explicit written consent of aimtrans.bg from the official email of the platform – [email protected].

2.4. aimtrans.bg reserves the right to change or supplement the services on the page at any time without notifying visitors.

2.5. aimtrans.bg is not responsible for the content of pages containing links to the platform except from the platform’s official social media profiles on Facebook & Instagram.

2.6. aimtrans.bg reserves the right to interrupt the functionality of the page and the services offered.

2.7. aimtrans.bg has the right to redirect the User to other pages and platforms on the Internet managed by aimtrans.bg. In this case, the same rules and conditions apply to the User.

2.8. aimtrans.bg reserves the right to redirect the User to other pages on the internet owned and managed by third parties. aimtrans.bg has no control over the content of these pages and therefore bears no responsibility regarding the accuracy, timeliness, and functionality of the information on them.

2.9. aimtrans.bg reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time without notifying its users in any way, but undertakes to always have a link to the most current “Terms and Conditions” for using the platform at the bottom of the homepage of aimtrans.bg. If the User continues to use the platform after a change has been made by us, this confirms that the User agrees with the changes.

2.10. These terms and conditions as well as the relationships between aimtrans.bg and the User are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

3. LIABILITY

3.1. The team of aimtrans.bg is not responsible for the scientific accuracy of the information provided on the platform, as it is based on third parties who have experience in the field of technology.

3.2. The information found on aimtrans.bg should not be interpreted as advice. Any actions by the User should be taken after due consultation with a specialist in the given field.

3.3. aimtrans.bg provides information that can be interpreted generally and abstractly. Its application in practice depends on numerous facts that cannot be described on the platform. This is the reason why aimtrans.bg bears no responsibility if the User applies the information in a complex situation resulting in any kind of harm to the User.

3.4. If the User considers information to be incorrect or unreliable, the User can contact aimtrans.bg through the Contact form on the platform and notify us.

3.5. aimtrans.bg is not responsible for whether the User will achieve the desired result through the use of the platform, as this circumstance depends on many other factors beyond the platform’s control.

4. COOKIES

5. SECURITY

5.1. aimtrans.bg places great importance on ensuring the security of the User’s personal data. They are conscientiously protected from loss, distortion or falsification, manipulation, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure.

5.2. aimtrans.bg uses modern and established security technologies concerning the User’s personal data. aimtrans.bg does not guarantee the constant functioning of the technical protection of the Platform, as it depends on third parties.

5.3. The User manages the information they provide to the platform about themselves. If the User chooses not to share information with aimtrans.bg, they may not have access to some features of the Platform.

6.1 aimtrans.bg is an online store, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, accessible at the Internet address aimtrans.bg, through which Users have the opportunity to conclude contracts for the sale and delivery of goods offered by aimtrans.bg, including the following:

  • To register and create a profile for browsing aimtrans.bg and using additional services for providing information;
  • To conclude contracts for the sale and delivery of goods offered by aimtrans.bg;
  • To make any payments related to the concluded contracts with aimtrans.bg, according to the payment methods supported by aimtrans.bg.
  • To receive information about new goods offered by aimtrans.bg;
  • To view the goods, their characteristics, prices, and delivery conditions;
  • To be informed about the rights arising from the law through the interface of the page aimtrans.bg.

6.2. The Supplier delivers the goods and guarantees the rights of the Users, provided by law, within the framework of good faith, the criteria and conditions adopted in practice, consumer or commercial law.

6.3. Users conclude a contract for the sale of goods offered by aimtrans.bg through the Supplier’s interface, accessible on its Internet page at aimtrans.bg or another means of remote communication.

6.4. The User and the Supplier agree that all statements between them regarding the conclusion and execution of the sale contract can be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.

6.5. The Supplier delivers and transfers the goods to the User within the period specified at the conclusion of the contract. If the period is not explicitly agreed upon between the parties at the conclusion of the contract, the Supplier delivers and transfers the goods within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months.

6.6. The User must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and transfer by the courier company and if they do not meet the requirements, notify the Supplier immediately. If the User does not make their claims for a complaint, the delivery is considered accepted and approved.

6.7. Upon registration, the User undertakes to provide true and up-to-date data. The User promptly updates the data specified in their registration in case of change.

7. SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER

7.1. The rules of this section of these terms and conditions apply to Users for whom, according to the data specified for concluding the sale contract or upon registration at aimtrans.bg, it can be concluded that they are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Act and/or Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

The main characteristics of the goods offered by the Supplier are determined in the profile of each item on the site of aimtrans.bg:

PRODUCTION AND TRADE IN THE COUNTRY AND ABROAD WITH GOODS OF ANY KIND; ANY KIND OF SERVICES; COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATION, INTERMEDIATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP; ACQUISITION OF SHARES AND STAKES IN OTHER COMMERCIAL COMPANIES, AS WELL AS IN ENTIRE ENTERPRISES OF SUCH OR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SAME, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The price of the goods, including all taxes, is determined by the Supplier in the profile of each item on the site of aimtrans.bg

The value of postal and transport costs not included in the price of the goods is determined by the Supplier and provided as information to the Users at one of the following moments before concluding the contract:

  • In the profile of each item on the Supplier’s site at aimtrans.bg;
  • When selecting the goods for concluding the sale contract;
  • The method of payment, delivery, and execution of the contract is determined in these terms and conditions, as well as the information provided to the User on the Supplier’s site.

The information provided to the Users under this article is current at the time of its visualization on the Supplier’s site at aimtrans.bg before concluding the sale contract.

The Supplier must specify the delivery conditions of the individual goods on the site of aimtrans.bg;

The Supplier specifies before concluding the contract the total value of the order for all goods contained in it.

7.2. The User agrees that the Supplier has the right to accept advance payment for the contracts for the sale of goods concluded with the User and their delivery.

The User independently chooses whether to pay the Supplier the delivery price of the goods before or at the time of their delivery.

7.3. The User has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the payment was made by bank card, refunds are made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 30 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • for the delivery of goods and the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial markets that the Supplier is unable to control;
  • for the delivery of goods made according to the User’s requirements or by their individual order;
  • for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration, or there is a risk of deterioration of their quality characteristics, including for perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • for a product with damaged integrity/unpacked by the User;

When the Supplier has not fulfilled its obligations to provide information specified in Article 54 of the Consumer Protection Act, the User has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within up to three months from the date of receipt of the goods. When the information under this paragraph is provided to the User within the withdrawal period, the same begins to run from the date of its provision.

If the User exercises their right of withdrawal under point 3, the Supplier is obliged to refund in full the amounts paid by the User no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which the User exercised their right of withdrawal from the concluded contract.

From the amount that the User has paid under the contract, the costs of returning the goods are deducted, unless the User has returned the goods at their own expense and has notified the Supplier of this.

The User undertakes to preserve the goods received from the Supplier, their quality, and safety during the period under point 3.

7.4. The delivery period of the goods and the starting point from which it runs is determined for each item separately when concluding the contract with the User through the Supplier’s site at aimtrans.bg, unless the goods are ordered in one delivery.

If the User and the Supplier have not determined a delivery period, the delivery period of the goods is 30 working days, starting from the day following the sending of the User’s order to the Supplier through the Supplier’s site aimtrans.bg.

If the Supplier is unable to fulfill the contract due to not having the ordered goods, they are obliged to notify the consumer and refund the amounts paid by them within 30 working days from the date on which the Supplier was supposed to fulfill their contractual obligation.

7.5. The Supplier delivers the goods to the consumer after verifying the fulfillment of the requirements and the existence of the circumstances under Article 61 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The consumer and the Supplier certify the circumstances under point 4 in writing at the time of delivery through a handwritten signature, unless otherwise agreed.

The consumer and the Supplier agree that the requirements under point 4 and Article 61 of the Consumer Protection Act will be met if the certification is carried out by a person who, according to the circumstances, can be inferred to convey the information to the consumer – a party to the contract.

8. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THEIR TERMINATION

8.1. These terms and conditions may be amended by AIM TRANS LTD, for which the latter will notify all Users of the platform aimtrans.bg who have registered.

AIM TRANS LTD and the User agree that any supplement and amendment to these terms and conditions will take effect for the User after explicit notification by AIM TRANS LTD and if the User does not declare within the provided 14-day period that they reject them.

The User agrees that all statements from AIM TRANS LTD regarding the amendment of these terms and conditions will be sent to the email address provided by the User during registration.

The User agrees that emails sent under this article do not need to be signed with an electronic signature to be effective against them.

8.2. AIM TRANS LTD publishes these terms and conditions at the address aimtrans.bg, along with all supplements and amendments to them.

8.3. These terms and conditions and the User’s contract with AIM TRANS LTD are terminated in the following cases:

  • upon termination and liquidation or declaration of bankruptcy of one of the parties to the contract;
  • by mutual agreement of the parties in writing;
  • unilaterally, with notice from either party in case of non-fulfillment of the obligations of the other party;
  • in case of objective impossibility for one of the parties to the contract to fulfill their obligations;
  • in case of seizure or sealing of equipment by state authorities;

AIM TRANS LTD has the right, without prior notice and without owing compensation, to unilaterally terminate the contract if it finds that the User is using aimtrans.bg in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, generally accepted public, moral, and ethical norms, as well as in violation of generally accepted rules in electronic commerce.

8.4. The User undertakes to indemnify AIM TRANS LTD in case of legal claims and other claims by third parties (whether justified or not), arising from or in connection with:

  • non-fulfillment of any of the obligations under this contract;
  • violation of copyright, broadcasting rights, or other rights to intellectual or industrial property;
  • unlawful transfer to other persons of the rights granted to the User, for the duration and under the conditions of the contract;

AIM TRANS LTD is not liable in cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, internet access issues, technical or other objective reasons.

AIM TRANS LTD is not responsible for breaches in the security measures of the technical equipment of the site aimtrans.bg, for possible subsequent loss of information, access to information, etc.

AIM TRANS LTD is not liable to the User for unauthorized changes to the Primary Contact Email Address.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions does not lead to the invalidity of all conditions.

9.2. aimtrans.bg reserves the right to contact the User for the purpose of inquiry/survey/research. These can be conducted online, by phone, or in any physical form of any nature.

9.3. These conditions come into effect for all Users of aimtrans.bg on June 17, 2025.
